Sausage muffins

I highly recommend this method of sausage muffins for those of you who like sausage balls, but don't dig the quishing! I think I've found a new potluck food! Easy!

Sausage muffins recipe

Preheat oven to 350°

Cook 1 lb of sausage + drain

Mix 1 cup bisquick, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 4 eggs (beaten) and Sausage.

Cook at 350° for 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy.
